If yoga (and life) has taught me anything, it’s this:
On the way to achieving anything, you will fall on your face. Probably a couple of times.
It’s a given. It’s just the price of admission.
The trick is to
A) just get on board with the idea that it’s going to happen and
B) push yourself to get back up, brush that dirt off your shoulder Jay-Z style, and try that shit again.
And again. And again. And again.
